This course is intended for anyone who wish to consolidate their training in Chugarkwon sanda as well as those who wish to learn how to teach martial arts using selected teaching models as well as intuitive, creative and reflective teaching methods.
This course is for purple belt and above and covers the following 3 parts each part lasts 2 hours :

Introduction to Yong Chun combat and chi kung
This course is intended for anyone from a total beginner to experience martial artist who wishes to expand their current knowledge in the martial arts and Chi kung. This course is suitable for those who wish to gain an in-depth insight of Yong Chun kung fu and Chi Kung to which 40 percent of short range combat strategies the Chugarkwon sanda system is based and where the health benefits of Chi kung practise is emphasised.
